(c) Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving to LVL&WCo.j FIRST: All minerals and all mineral rights including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; SECOND: All water and water rights and right to drill for, produce and put to beneficial use all water produced from the lands thereby conveyed, but without entering upon or using the surface of said lands and in such manner as not to damage the surface of said lands or interfere with the use thereof by Purchaser; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Rider C.L.D. No. 5706-2, dated November 6 , 1953s extending to and including November 30, 1952-1-? term of lease agree­ment Audit No. 10323 dated October 20, 1924-2+, which was last extend­ed to and including November 30, 1953? by Rider C.L.D. No. 8917? dated November 12, I9I48, with Riverside Properties, Inc. covering premises near Third and Vine Streets, Riverside, California, for garage purposes; rental $60.00 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days’ “3“
