Hulsizer Xn eonneotion with the transfer of water facilities at Las Togas from the Railroad Company to the L7L&W Company X quote the following from Hr. Lynch's mailgram of July 83. 1953: "Mr. Hulsizer has suggested that the deeds he delivered August 1, 1953, and contract made effective later, and Hr. Reinhardt will instruct Diva. Supt. to serve notice prior to August 1st, on all industries that their contracts will he terminated September 1st. Under this arrangement LVL&WCo„, will have to continue to furnish industries water for month of August. Thereafter, L7L&W will furnish water to industries under rate schedule provided. This will not however include the arrangement with W M Company as the Railroad will continue to furnish water to them." Xt is my understanding that you will have the deeds delivered as requested by Hr. Lynch on August 1, 1953, and according to the quoted paragraph from Mr. Lynch, Hr. Reinhardt will instruct Mvision Superintendent to serve notice prior to August 1, on all industries obtaining water that their contracts will be terminated September 1, 1953.
