Carson City, Nevada Ret Zn the Matter of Charges by Las Vegas Land and Water Company applicable to water for refrig­erating machines; PSC Nevada Case No, 1221 Dear Mr. Allent I enclose herewith for filing with the Commission First Revised Sheet PSCN No. 3 and Original Sheet PSCN No. 3-A effective December 1, 1952, of the tariff of Las Vegas Land and Water Company for water service at Las Vegas, Nevada, which amend Rate No. 21 in its existing tariff, The proposed rates reduce existing rates 75# on Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ice Making Machines, and similar equipment where such equipment is provided with recirculating systems. New rates are established for Commercial Evaporative Coolers. Rates for Commercial Refrigeration and Ice Making Machines, which are normally used throughout the year will be all year rates. The other rates will be in effect only during the months May through September inclusive.
