I agree.Mr. David Marmel April 27, 1971 Page 2 2. The Sportsmen's Club will be responsible for: A. The entire production costs'for a live television show and the video taping for syndicated distribution of this show. B. The cost of entertainment, music and all contingent dues, fees and welfare funds for entertainers?╟╓ unions. C. The arrangements, construction and labor for all sets and costs in connection with presenting the actual show and video taping. D. The organization, planning and cost of transporting the guests and luggage to and from the Sands. 3. It is understood that if the Sportsmen?╟╓s Club provides national live or national syndicated coverage with a live telecast emanating that night in the Los Angeles area, the Sands will credit another $5,000 toward the entire cost in addition to the $35,000 originally stated. 4. Audio and video credits for the Sands will be worked out in good taste with the production people, and these credits will be carried nationally or in syndication wherever pos- sible . SUMMARY: ' 1. Your request for an additional 50 rooms for which the Sportsmen's Club will make payment is okay. 2. It is understood that the Sportsmen's Club will try to get its members to come on Thursday or Friday in order for the Sands not to have to hold most of 350 rooms open for the entire weekend. I trust you will find this agreement satisfactory and that you will come up with a sponsor or a production company for the televising which will be of mutual benefit. Kindest regards, Al freeman Advertising Promotion Director ?╟≤ cc: Al Benedict Carl Cohen Bernie Rothkopf
