Los Angeles, December 6, 1947 .Mr* Strongs Referring to your letter of December 6th, relative to consulting engineers who have experience in hydraulic and sanitary work: Dr. Carl Wilson, Room 7X6**718 Grosse Bldg#, 124 West 6th Street, Los Angeles (’phone MB 3542) is highly recommended for preparing and analyzing water pollution, both subsurface and surface, and is retained as a consulting engineer on a retainer basis by the following citiess Ban Diego, Long Beach, Glendale, Alhambra, and a 'number of other cities. II© has been consulting with the City of Glendale for. a period of 25 years or more, and is very highly recommended by the Glej^ale^Oi^^l^ln» , Also Mr*KMontgomery of the firm of J# M*, lMontgomery . & Co., 306 West 3rd Street, Los Angeles (’phone Michigan 9421) is well recommended, and he has been retained by the City of Glendale and other cities in this vicinity for making such reports* Mr. Ralph W. O ’Meill is a very capable sanitary engineer, and has a splendid reputation in this area.
