Folger Union Pacific Railroad, 401 South Second Street, Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Folgers We are interested in leasing a paroel of land from your Company. We will require about two acres more or less. At the present time we are using about one oar of cement every twenty days, under our contemplated expansion program we will use one oar every six days. We also believe that under our new set-up we will ship in the neighborhood of 85 tons finished pimloe blocks a week.
