H construct approximately 275 lin. ft. of 8" and 545 lin. ft. of 6” cast iron water main, to serve Blocks 5 and 4, Ridgeview Tract No. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada, at agreed cost of $2,789; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 50^ of monthly revenue received by it from consumers located within Blocks 3 and 4 of said Ridgeview Tract 3, taking service from water mains so installed, for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon actual cost of installing said water mains, not to exceed the sum of $2,789., whichever occurs first; 3 - Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company bill-of-sale for said water mains; 5 - Company to own said water mains; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement ”N ,fL.D. 2527, dated November 16, 1951, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 1670 feet of 6” and 8n cast iron water mains to serve South Half of Block 4, North Half of Block 5 and portion of Block 6, Southridge Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $2,100., plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
