This property was sold to Edward P. Soski, Beatrice H. Roski and William B. Martin by Deed Audit No. 6207 dated March 28, 1968. Sale was assented to by U.P.R.R.Co. Executive Committee on March 28, 1968. Credit account 202 for ledger value of property retired, Land and Improvements, City of Industry, California ............... . SOU) $46,274.00 Chargeable as follows: Sale price $151,595.00 Creditable to Profits on sales of Real Estate $105,321.00 Estimated cost of removal of property retired chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate $ 8,793.00 made and Whereupon, on motion dul^/seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of President E.
