IAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Roskie and Martin Arkla The following Work Order Authority for retirement of property, approval by the President, was submitted fo*' ratification: W, 0. 58, issued July 31, 1968, retiring a parcel of land situate in Lots 3 and 4 of Block 18 and in Lot 1 of Block 17 in Handorf Industrial District No. 1 containing an area of 6.451 acres. This property was sold to Edward P. Soski, Beatrice H. Roski and William B. Martin by Deed Audit No. 6207 dated March 28, 1968. Sale was assented to by U.P.R.R.Co. Executive Committee on March 28, 1968. Credit account 202 for ledger value of property retired, Land and Improvements, City of Industry, California ............... .
