My dear Walter I enclose you herewith deed to he executed hy Peter Buol and Lorena Y, Buol, his wife, running to this company covering the same property conveyed hy them to the Tonopah & | Tidewater Railroad Company, which company later conveyed the same to this company. You will note I have stated in the deed this document is given to correct error in deed from grantees to the T.& T.Co., dated May 29, 1905, and recorded in Book ”Y" Real Estate Deeds, at Page 401, Lincoln County, levada, records, in which the property intended thereby to he conveyed was erroneously described.
