Commissioner Bunker moved the action heretofore taken on June 28, 1950 granting a Sealed Package Miniature liquor license to the Fremont Drug, 610 Fremont Street, be rescinded and the Retail Package Liquor license originally applied for issued. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Peccole and Whipple. POLICE STATION - The Board requested that Richard A. Stadelman, architect on the Police Station, be Architect Requested requested to be present at the next regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners at next Meeting on August 7, 1950. There being no further business to come before this meeting, Commissioner Moore moved this meeting adjourn.
