Los Angeles, May 3 , 1945 Mr. Frank Strong? With reference to your copy of Mr. Wickstrom’s mailgram C-328 to Mr. Prater dated April 14th advising that the War Production Board had approved the construction and extended priority assistance to purchase materials required for water facilities at Las Vegas totaling $>51,360.00. At this writing I am still holding requisition 64-33 understanding that the the revision of your requirements is now under consideration. I am closing my file pending further advice from you as I presume a new requisition will be prepared to cover the necessary material.
