Ho. 2643 dated January 26, 1953 with S.L. Hardys Description of water main which was constructed toy Dr. Hardy at his own expense Is as follows s Sonstrusted 329 LF of 6* cast iron water main The cost of constructing the water main, pursuant to the provisions of Agreement Ho. 26h3, Is the agreed sum of $1088.00, which amount should be capitalized and is subject to refund. Data for depreciation purposes is as follows: 6® cast iron water main - 329 LF — $1088.60 Service Hos. 62Jo to 6299* both inclusive, have been assigned to this Agreement. Agreement *H*L.D. Ho. 2643 conveying title to the water main to the Water Company is now in course of execution and will be forwarded to you in due course. While the water main was con­structed by Dr. Hardy about two years ogo it was only recently that he agreed to convey title to the Water Company in view of which I suggest that the ten-year refund period commence January i# 1953• Will you please advise if you concur. For Mr. Adamson’s information, the location of water main is as indicated on Dwg. Mo. A-1073 dated December 8, 1952 accom­panying Mr. Reinhardt’s letter cf same date to Mr. Stoddard. w.H. Johnson
