\ Company under said leases, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing amendatory agreement C.L.D. No. 140S6-1 dated May 24, 1963* amending Section 2 of agreement C.L.D. No. l4o&6, assigned C.A. No. 10S90, dated November 4, 1961, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Las Vegas Reservations, Inc., to extend term of said lease to and including April JO, 1965, and terminating option granted in Section 14 of C.L.D. No. l40S6, account Las Vegas Land and Water Company selling land and building of which leased premises known as 6l4 South Olive Street are a part, and transferring to Cltinational Bancorpor-ation said lease dated November 4, 19 6 1, and as of sale date leasing said premises by Cltinational Bancorporatlon to Union Pacific Railroad Company for a term of two years, and assigning to Union Pacific Railroad Company, Lessor, said lease with Las Vegas Reservations, Inc., dated November 4, I96I; said Union Pacific to have right to terminate this lease with Las Vegas: Reservations, Inc. at the same date as the termination of said lease between Cltinational Bancorporatlon and Union Pacific Railroad Company; Union Pacific to give Las Vegas Reservations same notice required to be given by Cltinational Bancorporatlon to Union Pacific Railroad Company to terminate said basic lease, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was resolved, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. -3-
