i LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Atlantic Richfield Company 1-907 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing rider C. L. D. No. 10986-3, dated May 31, 1966 extending to and including August 1, 1971 agreement Audit No* 10614, dated February 7, 1952 expiring by latest extension August 1, 1966 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Richfield Oil Corporation, now Atlantic Richfield Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, covering license for maintenance and operation of a 6” oil pipeline crossing at M. P. 18.46, Old San Pedro Branch, in vicinity of 27th Street and California Avenue, Long Beach, California, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted:
