No. 11339 THIS AGREEMENT, raade this 1st day of A u g u st , 1953i by LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY, a Utah corporation, hereinafter called '‘Salt Lake Company", UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COM­PANY, a Utah corporation, hereinafter called "Union Pacific1*, said two railroad companies being hereinafter collectively called "Rail­road Companies", and LAS VEGAS LAND AMD WATER COMPANY, a Nevada cor­poration, hereinafter called "Water Company". Recitals Prior to the conveyances hereinafter referred to by the Salt lake Company it was the owner, and Union Pacific as its lessee was in possession, of the land shown tinted in pink on map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, and ©f all water production, storage and transmission facilities located upon said land consisting of water wells, reservoirs, settling basins, power lines, pipe lines, pu^ps and pumping stations and other appurtenant facilities and also of the power, telephone and telemeter lines shown by green lines and the pipe lines shown by red lines on said Exhibit HA" located outside the boundaries of said land tinted in pink on Exhibit "A", Pursuant to the lease between said parties Salt Lake Company, for a valuable consideration, has conveyed and transferred to Union Pacific the said lands shown tinted in pink on Exhibit HA % all of said water production, storage and transmission facilities located on said land and the said power, telephone and telemeter lines and the pipe lines located outside of the boundar­ies of said land, except that Salt Lake Company has excepted and re­served unto itself the right to take and receive not to exceed f 1
