At a special meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, held on the 12th day of May, A.D. 1925, at the hour of three o'clock P.M., said meeting being held with the consent of all members of the Board. Present His Honor the Mayor, W.C. German, with Commissioners A.R. Anderson, W.H. Elwell and F.E. Matzdorf, together with the City Attorney and City Clerk.
