Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary this agreement is subject to all terms, rights and restrictions set forth in all prior leases, licenses, and/or agreements between the Grantor and the War Department covering the same property of the Grantor as long as such leases, licenses, and/or agreements are in effect. Non-Discrimination: The grantor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, or national origin. The grantor shall include a similar provision in any subcontract he may enter into in connection with the performance of this agreement. (Executive Order 9346, dated May 27, 1943.)"
