Reinhardt Pursuant to provisions In Agreements *N*L.D. 2770 and MNHL.D. 2770-3 dated February 8, 195**# between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Ben Weingart, Subdivider, covering extension of water mains to serve Charleston Park Tracts 1 and 2 respectively, I am attaching hereto the following documents: 1. Policy of Title Insurance policy no. LV 332**0-A covering easement for pipe line to be constructed between Burnham Avenue and Spencer Avenue in proposed Oakey Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada. 2. Policy of Title Insurance policy no. LV 332**!-A covering easement for water main to be constructed in proposed Oakey Boulevard between Eastern Avenue and Burnham Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada. 3. Guarantee policy no. LV 332**0 covering Charleston Park Tract" No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada. A. Guarantee policy no. LV 332**! covering Charleston Park Tract No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada. The above described documents were Issued by Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company as provided in our Agreement with the Las Vegas Valley Water District. In connection with the above, please refer to your letter of February 16, 195**, file 1-1071# in which you advised that none of the curves described in easement from Handel, Bergstein, Summers, Reese and Frledland, dated November 25, 1953, and recorded December 23, 1953, In Book 73, on Page 322 of Deeds, Clark County, Nevada Records as Document No. 420839, correspond with their relative central angle. In this respect, please note that policies nos. LV 332**0-A and LV 332**1-A Indicate that the easement in question has been guaranteed by the Title Company. Will you kindly review the attached and advise whether it is necessary that a new easement be acquired correcting the curve data mentioned in your letter of February l6th. MEDJlm
