I agree.\ a) General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1966-1967. b) That certain easement for water mains, as granted to San Gabriel Valley Water District. c) Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing C. L. D. 15294-1 dated July 6, 1967, deed granting to D. N. & E. Walter & Co., a California corporation, that certain parcel of land described therein, situated in the City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, excepting from grant and reserving unto Grantor, its successors and assigns, all minerals and mineral rights without right of entry as excepted by E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, Deceased, deed recorded February 20, 1957 in Book 53698, page 126, Official Records of Los Angeles County; deed subject to taxes for the fiscal year 1967-1968 and conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations and encumbrances of record; be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
