Bates: Your letter of October 5th to me, your file 2-988; regarding proposed sale to the City of Las Vegas of certain property in Las Vegas fronting on Bonanza Road: The attorneys for the Las Vegas Valley Water District have advised me that it will be satisfactory to the District for the Railroads to grant to the Water Company (prior to the conveyance of the underlying land to the City) an easement for the pipe line in question in the form of Exhibit "FM attached to our agreement of June 1, 1953, with the District. The conveyance of the land to the City will then be made subject to this easement. E. E. Bennett
