Bear Sir: ' I "beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of April 26th Pile $164, in'reference to water meters. I received in good shape the 3 water meters, also the parts for the meter which was put out of commission hy the use of hot water. The national Meter Company sent more than was required, and when next I am in the City I will return the parts which are not wanted so that we ean get credit for the same.
