Murdock for a retail Beverage License at the Baby Beef Market, 928 North Main Street for the 3rd quarter of 1954 be approved subject to an inspection by the Police Department concerning the manner in which beer and wine will be dispensed Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Esther Schwartz for a Restaurant Beverage license at the Fremont House, 727 Fremont be denied.
