Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Moore moved that the applications of the Monte Carlo Inc., 15 Fremont for 12 additional slot machines and the Santa Anita Turf Club, 113 Fremont for 1 Roulette, 4 Poker and 1 Pan, additional gaming be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and Whipple voting aye; His Honor voted aye on the additional gaming for the Monte Carlo and no on the application of the Santa Anita Turf Club. Commissioner Moore moved the application of the Ace Bar, 111 South 1st for 10 slot machines, Frank Pimentel, Cork 'N Bottle, 508 Fremont for 3 slot machines and Vegas Enterprises, Wimpy's Drive In, 1516 South 5th for 3 slot machines, and F, A. Messina, Mike's 5th Street Market, 630 South 5th for 3 slot machines, be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Moore moved the application of Arthur Rozen, Club Savoy, 116 Fremont for 30 slot machines and 1 Race Horse Book be denied on the grounds there has been no State License secured. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Moore moved that since there is one gaming license open the application of Benny Binion, The Westerner, 19-23 Fremont for 64 slot machines, 1 Craps, 1 "21", 1 Roulette, 1 Faro, 1 Poker, 1 Pan, 1 Race Horse Book and 1 Race Horse Keno be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
