Ryhlick Sands Hotel 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. So. Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Ryhlick: Capt. Rolla M. Breed, a 30-year old aviator from Paris, Ark. and recipient of the Distinguished Service Cross, the second highest medal awarded for valor, will be making a tour in Las Vegas May 13 and 14 to publicize U. S. Savings Bonds. Tentative plans at first called for Capt. Joseph Marm, U. S. Army veteran, to tour Las Vegas, but due to changes in plans Capt. Rolla Breed will be making the tour in Las Vegas. m In our discussion concerning the presentation to be made to the Sands Hotel by Capt. Breed, our tentative schedule called for presenting this award at 3:00 p.m. on May 14. In firming up our plans it was necessary to move this up to 5:00 p.m. on May 13. I hope this meets with your approval and will not cause you any inconvenience. m II I will be in Las Vegas the week of May 6 and will be in touch with you then. If you have any questions or if I can offer further assistance in this matter, please let me know. Sincerely, c/John J.
