Dear Sir: You will notice by enclosed deposit slip that I have this day deposited to the account of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company in the First State Bank of Las Vegas, $500.00, which amount is to apply on my rent of the Las Vegas Ranch for the six months beginning September 1st, 1907, as per lease No. 742. The same amount is also shown on my monthly statement of collections made for water rents and ground rents for the Las Vegas Land and Water Company.
