MN ML.D. 2781 L y At M Ayud it vNjo ../mtr l 3 A •*' REVOCABLE PERMIT Under authority ©f and in accordance with the provisions of Section 19 ©f the General Highway Law of the State of Nevada, approved March 23, 1917, and subject to all the terms, conditions and restrictions contained herein, a revocable permit is hereby granted to the LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY of Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called the Permittee, to install and eight inch (8**) cast iron water pipe line and appurtenances upon State highway right of way for State Route 5C (Charleston Boulevard) in Las Vegas, Clark County, Route Section 006-1, Control Section CL-16, as shown on drawing titled "Proposed Relocation of Water Main on Charleston Boulevard, station "E"160/05 to Station HE tt1 6 8 / 0 2 " which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, The authority hereby granted permits the continued use of an existing water main and the installation of a new water main as follows* 1. Continued use of the existing water main extending from a point near the 'northeast corner of the intersection of Maryland Parkway with Charleston Boulevard left of and opposite approximate Highway Engineer's Station wE n154/T5/ to a point near the junction of Thirteenth Street with Charleston Boulevard, thence crossing Charleston Boulevard diagonally to a point 47 feet right of and opposite approximate Highway Engineer's Station "E"160/ 05. 2, New water main beginning at a point 47 feet right of approximate Highway Engineer's Station "E"l60/05, thence continuing on the right 47 feet from and parallel to the highway centerline to the intersection of Fifteenth Street with Charleston Boulevard at a point opposite approximate Highway Engineer's Station wE"l68/02£.
