Please take up with Division Engineer Maok and arrange for installation of four tents with floors and protection where the stove pine goes through roof, to be installed at Las Vegas, two within about 300* of the reservoir and two in vicinity of the settling basin. Also get prices from Mr, Feeble and arrange requisition for four oil burning cook stoves, with stove pipe, eto. Select "a satisfactory type of revolving flood light with enough power to reach from the reservoir to the settling basin and with attachment to control the revolving mechanism, and arrange for installation. Also arrange with Mr. Jopling for necessary circuit extension to furnish lighting for the spotlight at the reservoir and lights for the four tents we are to install, together with one tent already on the ground. Arrange with Telegraph Dept, to place a telephone in either one of the tents at the reservoir site, connected with our board at the Depot.
