LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Pacific Outdoor Adv. Co. CA 11070 CLD 15788-1 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing extension rider C.L.D. No, 15788-1, dated March 12, 1968 extending term of agreement C.A. No. 11070 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Pacific Outdoor Advertising Company to and including April 18, 1969, at rental of $300.00 per month payable monthly in advance; said agreement covering site for erection, maintenance and use of advertising billboards in the Dominguez area, Los Angeles County, California, and that all terms of original agreement dated July 31, 1967 remain in full force and effect; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Approved
