The Seven Year Plan Organization in Iran receives the bulk of the oil revenues earned by that country. Biese revenues are put to work in a series of industrial, public works, agricultural, and public health projects designed and administered by the Plan Organization. Mr. Ebtehaj reports directly to the Shah and is without a question one of the key leaders in that country. He speaks flawless English, and is a very correct and slightly formal person. I did not mention to Mr. Ebtehaj the possibility of being met in Las Vegas so it will not be embarrassing if that request cannot be arranged. We would appreciate it as we would appreciate any help you personally might be able to give Mr. Ebtehaj while he is at the Sands in case he cares to avail himself of it.
