    UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY The Chairman referred to proposed sale to Las Vegas Valley Water District of certain water-bearing lands, water rights and water production, storage and transmission facilities owned by Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and leased to Union Pacific Railroad Company and of the water distribution system owned and operated by Las Vegas Land and Water Company at Las Vegas, Nevada, and presented conformed copy of agreement dated June 1, 1953, executed by the parties to the sale. Whereupon, on motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, That the execution on behalf of Union Pacific Railroad Company by A. E. Stoddard, as President, of the agree­ment dated June 1, 1953, copy of which was submitted at this meeting, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Las Vegas Valley Water District, covering the sale to Las Vegas Valley Water District of certain water-bearing lands, water rights and water production, storage and transmission facilities owned by Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and leased to Union Pacific Railroad Company and of the water distribution system owned and operated by Las Vegas Land and Water Company at Las
