Los Angeles - November 7» 1952 Mr. R, L. Adamsom (cc: Mr. Wm. Reinhardt) I hand you herewith redraft of proposed Agreement between the railroad and the Las Vegas Valley Water District covering removal of pipe lines4 our claim to easements* etc.* to which a draft is attached to the map prepared by your office. I would appreciate if you would review this agreement from an engineering standpoint, particularly with respect to the relocations and the proper designations of the pipe lines and the pole lines and other facilities, and the question as to the proper location of the easements as correlated between the agreement and the map itself. I also would appreciate your comments as to the suggested width of the various easements. This is my only copy of this draft submitted by Mr. McNamee, and I will appreciate therefore, if you will return it with the map and your comments. EEB:JL E. E. Bennett Enclt 1 • Mr, Reinhardt: I have no additional copy of this agreement or map to furnish you at this time, but after hearing from Mr. Adamson we will have additional copies of the map prepared, and agreement drafted for further submission to you, our executives and to Mr. McNamee.
