I am handing you herewith for filing with the Auditor and assignment of audit number, LA&SL, Union Pacific and LVL&WCo. originals of the above mentioned a- greement, which have been approved as to form and execution, signed by Mr. Stoddard as President, and attested by L, J. Bachman as Assistant Secretary, on behalf of the First Parties, and signed by Thomas A.Campbell as President and attested by G. William Coulthard, Secretary, for the District. To each of said originals are attached a certified copy of the resolution authorizing the execution of the contract passed by the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Valley Water District at its meeting held June 1, 1953# and a certificate of the secretary that the agree raent is a full, true and correct copy of the agreement referred to in the resolution.
