1 2 3 4 R 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 LAS VEGAS VALLEY WATER DISTRICT R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the City of Las Vegas has requested the Union Pacific Railroad Compam and the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company for an easement for roadway purposes along, across, through ; and over the South fifty (50) feet of the Southeast quarter (SE^) of Section 31, Township 20 South, Range 61 East, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, said easement area is included in Subdivision *AW of Section 1 of the formal proposal submitted by the Las Vegas Valley Water District to the Union Pacific Railroad Company, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company dated January 31st, 1953; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: That the Las Vegas Valley Water District does not object to the granting of an easement for roadway purposes to the City of Las Vegas, along, across^ through and over the South fifty (50) feet of the Southeast quarter (SEf) of Sec­tion 31, Township 20 South, Range 61 East, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and in the event such an easement is granted it will not be deemed to affect the aforesaid pro­posal of the Las Vegas Valley Water District dated January 31, 1953, except as it may reduce the 507 acres, more or less, provided in Sub­division "A" of Section 1 of said proposal* BE IT REMEMBERED, that the undersigned, the duly elected, qualified and acting Secretary of the Las Vegas Valley Water Dis­trict does hereby certify and attest that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a certain resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of said district at a meeting regularly held on the _____day of .1953« and does hereby further cer­tify that said resolution has not been rescinded, cancelled or annulled* IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said district this ______day of _______________ , 1953.
