Salt Lake City With my letter of December 9> 19^> my file R-5^3^ you revised Form No. 2 of mineral reservation applicable to sales -of land in cities and towns and in established industrial districts in cities, and advised you that consideration was being given to the revision of Form No. 1 applicable to the sales of lands. and to abandoned rights-of-way, except lands in cities and towns and established industrial districts. The revision of Form No. 1 has now been approved and I am attaching hereto a copy thereof which is hereafter to be used in lieu of Form No., 1 attached to my letter of December 6, 1937* 1 also call your attention to the fact that instructions with respect to Form No.. 2 in my letter first above referred to have been superseded by Mr..
