ISr. Peart - Page #2 In authorising the above rate, the Public Service Coemlaaion also authorised the Las Vegas band and Water Company to refund b&ok to the Young and Smith Ready MixConorete Company the difference between that which was over collected since Sept. 1, 1951, to and including December 1, 1952, on which date the new schedule known as Rate #55-A becomes effective by order of the Commission* In order to clear this matter up in our December accounts, will you please confirm my understanding that this office is authorised to issue a draft to Young and Smith Construction Company in the amount of |bh0*06, in payment of over collection of water service for periods September 1, 1951# to and including August 31, 1952. If you agree, please advise by wire and I will arrange for Issuance of draft from this office. After over-payment has been refunded under account #13705# for which the current rate is $50.00 per month for water service, will stand paid through December 31, 1953*
