Las Vegas - January 38, 1944 f 9-3 Mr. Frank Strongs Beferring to circular letter fra® Mr. Cox under date of January 31 in which he requests a list of all insurance policies in force. Only one of this kind that I know of is the one we required Contractor Rhoads to make out under WO—4F5, and this Joh is now completed. The expiration date of the policy as you will note from attached “Certificate of Insurance* is October 7 # 1944 and the policy is confined to work done for LVL&WGe. Under the circumstances would it be proper to advise Mr. Cox we have no policies of this kind in effect or shall we list the policy in favor of Hfaoadst WALTER B. BRACKETS
