Clark County, Nevada, particularly described a® follow®: The Southeast Quarter, and the forth half of the Southwest Quarter, and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 25; the forth half of the Southeast quarter; the south half of the Northeast quarter, the Northwest quarter of the Northeast Quarter, the Northwest Quarter and the North half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 38, containing an area of 897 acres, more or less; (expressly excepting and excluding from these presents all of the northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of ©aid Jection 28, known as the City Cemetery; three acres in the forthweat Quarter of the Southwest quarter of sold Section 26, known as the City Dumping Ground, and ten (10) acres of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest garter of said Section 36, leased to the University of Nevada as an agricultural experiment station, and all easements mad right-of-way of whatsoever nature heretofore and now existing, whether granted by the lessor or its predecessors or acquired by User).
