^ in executing letter-agreement, Audit No. 10064, dated April 26, 1940, addressed to Maclsaac and Menke, Inc., 3445 Union Pacific Avenue, Los Angeles, California, covering the furnishing of .necessary materials, superintendence, labor, tools, plant equipment and transportation, and enclosing of existing platform between this company’s Vegetable Sheds Nos. 1 and 3, at Union Pacific Place and Seventh Street, Los Angeles, California? • consideration $1,000, plus cost of surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing Deed Audit No. 4461, dated May 15, 1940, favor Petrolite Corporation, Ltd., conveying .9179 acre of land located in Lot 1, Tract No. 7777, East Los Angeles, California, to permit the expansion of said Petrolite Corporation’s business: consideration $5,507.40.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed, ? On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the actibn of Vice President Strong in executing rider, C. L. D.
