Classes of Consumers - Where two or more classifications of consumers are served by one service, each classification will be separately rated. 5. Discontinuance of Charges - Water rates will be charged for all services whether the premises are occupied or not until service shall be, in writing, ordered discontinued, 6. Resuming Service - When service is discontinued pursuant to Rules 3 and 5, it will not be re-established until all delinquent charges arc paid, 7. Emergency Shut-Offs - The Water Company may shut off water, without notice, for the purpose of making repairs or extensions, 8. Service Lines - All service lines extending from mains to property lines and the proper shut-off shall be installed, maintained and owned by the Water C-ompany, 8a. The Company shall charge §5.00 for each 3/4" tapping of its water main to be paid by the property owner or consumer ordering the same, 9. New .extensions - Whenever an application for water service is received which will require the Company to extend its water mains more than 50 feet, exclusive of' the service pipe of each customer to be ^served, the applicant shall enter into a contract to advance sufficient money to cover the cost of making such extension.
