Bracken: I have a letter from Chief Dispatcher French, inquiring as to possibility of purchasing 5 or 10 acres of land near the source of water supply or near the highway, if possible. Mr. French states he wants to build a home somewhere in Las Vegas, and his inquiry about possibility of purchasing land is not with any idea of speeu- lat ing. Company has in the way of unimproved property that Mr. French might acquire, if the location was suitable? I judge from his letter that he may have already discussed the matter with you. over with him and let me know if there is anything that might be worked out, in line with your ideas.
