With the present arrangement the pressure is not su fficien t by reason o f the small pipe, together with the fact that hose connections are north o f main lin e and shen two passenger train s meet at that point, cannot brin g the hose across main lin e to water the train on the siding u n til the main lin e train has departed, Was our Intention to locate these hydrants between main lin e and passing track so that train could be watered on either or both tracks at same time i f necessary, thereby eliminating froa fifte e n to th irty minutes delay frequently experienced at that statio n ," Would suggest that the above be boiled down to bring out the salient features mid combined with pertinent facts expressed by reason shorn in Budget, A lso, furnish one additional copy without print, * OMGIHAL SIGNED I I .
