Blue prints should, however, be prepared showing the particular location of the 2,425 feet of water pipe lin e proposed to serve Industrial D istric t No. 1, and the R ailroad Company should grant an easement to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, under such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon, of the right of way fo r such pipe lin e s.
