    The Aims and Objectives of the Property Owners Association of Clark County is as as follows: 1. This Association is in no way connected with the Taxpayers Associa­tion as represented by Mr. Pipkin. 2. Mr. Tom Thebo is president of the Property Owners Association. He has been a citizen and taxpayer of Las Vegas for more than 15 years. 3. Miss Helen Craner is secretary of the Association, she has been a cit­izen of Las Vegas for more than 25 years. § 4. All of the Officers and Board of Directors of this Association have lived in Las Vegas or Clark County for more than 10 years. 5. The Property Owners Association of Clark County is a chartered Cor­poration or Association striving for the betterment of the real prop-ery owner in Las Vegas and Clark County. 6. Our Aims are: Better Government, Value Received for the Tax Dollar Spent, Honesty and Fairness in our Public Officials, Promotion of the General Welfare of the Real Estate Owners of Clark County, A watch dog of the handling of our Public Affairs, Promotion or Urging of Rent De-Control, and Advising or Informing our membership on any Matter Regarding Real Property Ownership. 7. The Membership Fee of this Association is $3.00 per year. This money is used only for the general expenses of the Association. None of the officers recieve a salary.
