Las Vegas - November 10, 1953 W 2>1-129 Parftee-Phillipa Construction Co. 10639 Santa Monica Boulevard Loa Angeles 25, California Attentions Mr. George M, Pardee, Jr* Gentlemen: I am attaching hereto duplicate originals and one copy of Agreement “H*L.D. 2758 between the Lae Vegas Land and Water Company and the Pardee-Phillips of Lae Vegas, covering construction of water mains to serve Franolsoo Park Subdivision Lae Vegas, Nevada. If the above Agreement meets with your approval, will you kindly arrange for execution of same returning duplicate originals to this office for further handling. Your attention is directed to Drawing 5-632 showing location and else of water lines along with position of valves and fire hydrants.
