Bennett - Los Angeles Will you please prepare usual fora of refund agreement with Lee Construction Company, Inc., whose place of business is 1501 Sweeney Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering con­struction of cast Iron water mains and fire hydrant connec­tions to serve Eastwood Tract No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, a® per map recorded, in Booh 3, page 84, of flats, Clark County Nevada Records. The location of said water mains and fire hydrant connections is as Indicated on sap which will be furnished you by Mr. R. L. Adamson. SUBDIVIDER AGREESI 1. At his own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor and to construct* (a) Approximately 1590 LP of 8-inch cast iron water mains. (b) Approximately 7970 LF of 6-inch cast iron water mains• (0) Approximately 130 LF of 6-inch cast iron fire hydrant connections. The cost of constructing said water mains (exclusive of constructing said 130 LF of 6-inch east Iron fire hydrant connections) is the agreed sum of 132,490. Mr. C. M. Gory - Las Vegas 2. Said water mains shall be constructed of 6-Inch and 8-inch Glass 150 B & S cast iron pipe and shall be In accordance with Federal specifications wwp 421 Type 1. All joints shallte cement. All fittings shall be new, all bell cast iron equal to ASA Standard Class 250. All valves shall be double disk, parallel seat bronze mount­ings conforming to AWWA standards, not less than 175 lbs., and all valve boxes shall be of oast Iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by & duly authorized representative of the Company, all pipe valves and fittings shall be manufactured % the Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company. All pipe lines shall be chlorinated in accordance with A W A specification®, shall toe subject to the approval and acceptance of State and City Health Authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by a duly authorized representative of the company, but in no event shall there be less than 34* of covering over such water mains.
