I have examined the same and revised a portion thereof. I am enclosing herewith the following material as revised by myself: 1. Section 5» 2. Section 7» 3. Section ilj. 1 Section 15, and 5. Page 1 of Exhibit Section 5 has been revised principally by incorporating all provisions relative to the relocation work in Section Accordingly, all the provisions contained in Section 7 relative to the disbursement of the relocation funds have been incorporated into Section 5. The last portion of your Section 5» relating to the granting of a license to the District for the existing lines which are to be relocated, have been inserted as subparagraph (m) of Section 1. Section 7 has been revised by the deletion of the escrow provisions relative to the disbursement of the relocation funds. The form of it has also been revised by listing as a, b, c and d the various conditions upon which the escrow is to be closed. Section liq. has been revised primarily by the clarification of the language relative to termination on or after December 31, 1953*
