    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and she hereby is directed to spread a copy of this Resolution on the minutes of the Board of Commissioners of said city; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and she hereby is directed to send a copy of this Resolution to Don Ashworth, Ralph Mohr, H. E. DeVilliers, Charles Lee Horsey, Jr., and George Knipp. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. PLUMBER'S EXAMINING Commissioner Peccole moved the recommendation of the Plumbing Inspector concerning BOARD - Appointment the appointment of members of the Board of Plumber Examiners be approved, and the following be appointed forl952: Master Plumbers: Journeymen Plumbers: Rueben Cohen Guy Foster Jack Hynds, Jr. B. W. Snider James Humphrey Eddie Tate Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. CITY AUDITING Commissioner Bunker moved that Certified Public Accountants in the city be requested to submit proposals for the auditing of city accounts for 1952. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. PLUMBER'S EXAMINING BOARD Commissioner Bunker moved that James C. Young be appointed the member at large on Member at Large the Board of Plumber Examiners for 1952. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting ayej noes, none. SOUTHERN NEVADA POWER CO. Commissioner Peccole moved that the Southern Nevada Power Company be put on notice that Notification on Service they are in violation of their pemit by failure to furnish power for space heating purposes as required by Section 5 thereof, and if this continues for six months the City will take the necessary steps to terminate their permit; further that a copy of this notice be sent to the Public Service Commission. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple passed his vote. TAVERN LICENSES - Not to Commissioner Whipple moved the City Clerk notify all holders of tavern liquor lic- Sell Package Goods enses that they are not to sell package goods and those licenses coming in for renewal and new licenses carry a restriction not to sell package goods. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, Commissioners Jarrett and Peccole. There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time Commissioner Whipple moved this meeting adjourn. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Jarrett, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
