M If by. this hr, • McKamee means that we shall have an entry made by some person upon the land in question, and a filing made upon the water, it is a matter that should oe handled very carefully ?else we might not only let the rights slip away from us, but might be accused of adopting a subterfuge in order to acquire these water rights.
