I agree.? We endeavored to maintain minimum of 5# pressure at the Clark Pump House in order to furnish water along the west end of Bonanza Road and in Bonanza Village. During heavy withdrawal periods it was necessary to reduce this to 2# and on numerous occasions the pumps cut-out due to low water level in reservoir and it was necessary to depend upon gravity flow. 1
