In accord with your letter of March 31 File 1-73 3 4 1 enclose herewith duplicate original and second extra copy of B.L.D. 1270 covering labor in regard to installing Water Mains authorized In WO-518. After approval by Mr. Bennett executed by yourself will you kindly return both original and duplicate original for indorsement by Bonding Company. In handling the previous contract (N.L.D. 1207) the Bonding Company88 indorsement was; first secured after wJfelQh a finding was made an discus sing: necessary. The contract being again returned to San Francisco office of Bonding Cossoany for reindorsement. To avoid delay I suggested the execution by our Company be made first and I will see that the letter of agreement is not sent to the contractor until indorsement by Bonding Company.
